All ticket sales are final.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Tickets for events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold unless explicitly stated by the event organizer. In rare cases where an event is canceled or rescheduled, refund policies will be determined based on the organizer’s guidelines. Please reach out to support@rollcalltickets.com if you have questions about a specific event.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on promotional or discounted tickets.
Refunds for Canceled or Rescheduled Events
If an event is canceled, we will notify you via email with details about potential refunds or rescheduling options. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
